Senior UX Designer (m/w/d) - Digital Banking (80%) (Ref.Nr.: 46497)

The Senior UX Designer will lead full-stack UX design processes from research and ideation to prototyping and specification for digital banking channels. They will ensure high-quality UI/UX implementation while maintaining brand guidelines and utilizing internal design systems.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-stack UX design from research, ideation, and conception to prototyping, validation, and specification
- Ensure the quality of UX/UI and conduct quality assurance during the implementation of digital products
- Design and evaluate user flows and screens in close collaboration with the business
- Conception of journeys and features for digital banking channels in the web and mobile area
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and consistent use of internal design systems
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience as a Senior UX Designer with a focus on full-stack UX design
- In-depth knowledge of the entire UX spectrum: research, ideation, conception, prototyping, validation, specification, and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of digital UX/UI design principles
- Experience in designing mobile applications for Apple and Android, as well as their specific guidelines
- Experience in designing and evaluating user flows and screens in close collaboration with the business
- Strong understanding of user journeys and features for banking channels in the web and mobile area
