The Principal UX Researcher will own the research strategy for the Growth product area, triangulating qualitative and quantitative data to influence product direction and business strategy. They will act as a strategic partner to executives and mentor designers and PMs on conducting evaluative research.

Responsibilities

  • Conducting user research and analyzing data
  • Providing insights to inform product decisions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Mentoring designers and PMs to run their own evaluative research
  • Shaping how Fetch thinks about its users across the full Growth funnel

Requirements

  • 8+ years of industry UX research experience
  • Mixed-methods fluency
  • Hands-on experience with statistical analysis tools
  • Comfortable owning your own research operations end-to-end
  • Active, demonstrable use of AI in your research workflow
