UX Designer

The UX Designer will define and deliver user-centric interfaces for AI-powered solutions, owning the design lifecycle from discovery to production. This includes leading client workshops, conducting user research, and collaborating with technical teams to ensure feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Leading Discovery: Drive the interpretation of complex business requirements into elegant design strategies that leverage AI to solve real-world problems
• End-to-End Design: Own the creation and maintenance of design systems, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that transform complex data into simple, impactful user experiences
• Workshop Facilitation: Lead client-facing discovery workshops and design sprints to align stakeholders and validate product concepts
• User Research & Testing: Plan and execute user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on real-world feedback and performance data
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Architects to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and aligned with Google Cloud’s capabilities

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a portfolio showcasing successful end-to-end delivery of complex web applications
• Expert proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, and experience building or maintaining scalable design systems
• A solid understanding of HTML/CSS and how modern frameworks (React, Vue.js) impact design, enabling you to speak the same language as our developers
• Strong experience in qualitative and quantitative user research methods, information architecture, and rapid prototyping
• The ability to confidently present design decisions to both technical teams and C-suite clients, effectively advocating for the user
• A passion for staying at the forefront of AI/ML trends and a desire to design interfaces that make these technologies human-centric
