
The Marketing Graphic Designer will work with leadership to design, write, and produce collateral materials, proposals, and presentations, focusing on new acquisitions and community outreach while adhering to brand standards. This role also involves facilitating graphic design support for workshops and coordinating communication team activities like website and social media updates.
Responsibilities
- Working with principals, senior staff, and regional marketing team members to design, write and produce proposals, presentations, award submissions and other marketing collateral
- Participating in and championing strategy and planning sessions
- Creating strong, innovative designs while adhering to brand guidelines and incorporating best-in-class design principles
- Developing new materials to support business development activities
- Facilitating graphic design support for workshops and strategy meetings
- Coordinating with the communications team on activities such as photography sessions and updating Gensler communication channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design or Marketing roles
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications or Marketing
- A high degree of competency with Adobe programs, especially InDesign
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to provide strategic thinking and recognize competitive advantage opportunities
- Strong understanding of design principles and current design trends and technologies
- Highly creative individual with experience in communication design
- Ability to translate Spanish to English / English to Spanish
- 100% bilingual English/Spanish
