Graphic Designer

The role involves creating visual communication assets, including social media content, packaging designs, and marketing materials for multiple brands. Additionally, the designer will produce short-form video content and reels to enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Design social media creatives, digital advertisements, posters, brochures, and branding materials
• Create visually appealing packaging designs that align with product positioning and brand guidelines
• Develop marketing assets for online and offline campaigns across multiple brands
• Edit and create short-form video content, including reels, promotional videos, and product showcases
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs and communication channels
• Collaborate with founders and marketing teams to translate ideas into impactful visual designs
• Manage design projects from concept development to final production
• Adapt creative assets for different platforms, formats, and audience segments
• Support branding initiatives and product launches with innovative design solutions
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and creative technologies to continuously improve output quality

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or visual communication roles
• Strong expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and motion graphics support
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and brand identity development
• Experience in packaging design and product-focused branding is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work
