Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality digital creatives, social media content, campaign visuals, packaging designs, and website graphics
• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, animations, and motion graphics for digital platforms
• Edit and optimize video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to develop innovative campaign concepts
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communication channels
• Develop creative assets that align with business objectives and audience preferences
• Explore and implement AI-powered design tools to enhance creativity and production efficiency
• Stay updated with evolving design trends, motion graphics techniques, and digital content formats
• Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal marketing initiatives with impactful creative assets
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and high creative standards

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, visual communication, or related creative roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, vibrant, and consumer-focused design work
• Expertise in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and related creative tools
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling
• Experience creating motion graphics, reels, animations, and social-first content
• Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into compelling visual experiences
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality design standards
