Senior UI Designer - Design Systems (f/m/x)

The Senior UI Designer will lead the creation, evolution, and governance of the company's mobile Design System, ensuring visual consistency and scalability across B2C and B2B products. This involves owning the component library, defining scalable token-first architecture, driving adoption, and collaborating closely with engineering partners.

Responsibilities

• Design system ownership, including component library, interaction patterns, motion principles, content and microcopy standards, accessibility rules, branding guidelines, and usage documentation
• Scalable architecture, defining a token-first system enabling theming across multi-brand apps
• Visual assets creation, including illustrations, icons, and other graphical assets
• Adoption and governance, driving adoption, contribution workflows, versioning, deprecation, and quality gates
• Design-engineering collaboration, partnering with engineers to integrate the design system into the codebase
• Documentation and consistency, creating and maintaining a single source of truth for designers and engineers

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UI or Product Design, with a strong focus on design systems
• Proven experience with white-label and scalable theming systems
• System strategy, including adoption and governance
• Industry background in marketing, gaming, or other B2C-heavy industries is a plus
• Expert in Figma, including Variables/Modes and scalable library workflows
• Strong in design tokens, theming, and component APIs (props/variants/states)
