Product Designer / UI/UX Designer

Develop user-centered designs for cloud security products using an established design system. Collaborate with product managers and developers to iteratively improve user experience based on research and feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop visually appealing and user-centered designs based on requirements and research findings
• Collaborate with product managers and developers in the design process for new features and enhancements
• Utilize our established design system to maintain consistency and coherence across our interfaces
• Continuously improve user experience through iterative design and feedback analysis
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and contribute to the refinement of our design system
• Assist in creating and maintaining design documentation, including style guides, design principles, and user personas
• Work closely with customer support teams to address user feedback and identify areas for product improvement

Requirements

• Minimum three years of experience in UI/UX design, with a focus on product design
• Proficiency in Figma for design collaboration and prototyping
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen analytical mindset
• Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (N2 and above)
• Willingness to learn more about product design and conduct user interviews
• Live, plan to live, or relocate within commuting distance of our Tokyo office
