Junior Graphic Designer

The Junior Graphic Designer will lead the creative development and execution of high-quality visual assets for digital and print platforms, focusing on shaping and maintaining the visual identity of Civis Mundi and other Group initiatives. Key tasks include managing the end-to-end design process, developing brand guidelines, and creating various marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final delivery, across digital and print assets
• Develop and maintain visual identities, brand guidelines, and design systems across Group initiatives
• Create and oversee the design of websites, publications, brochures, presentations, social media assets, and marketing materials
• Translate briefs and strategic requirements into compelling visual concepts
• Produce layouts, illustrations, and graphics for digital and print use, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high production quality

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Art, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in a creative, marketing, or multi-brand environment
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop
