Senior Graphic Designer

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design and execution of high-quality marketing and communications materials to support the firm's brand and business goals. They will act as a strategic creative partner to attorneys and marketing professionals while overseeing the production of both print and digital assets.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the design, layout, production and control of a diverse range of marketing materials
- Serve as a strategic creative partner to attorneys, marketing, and business development professionals
- Ensure consistency and integrity of the firm's brand across all internal and external communications
- Review, refine, and elevate design work produced by junior designers or external vendors
- Collaborate with the Senior Creative Manager to develop and maintain templates
- Execute firm-wide advertising plans
- Partner with the Senior Creative Manager to cultivate vendor relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Advanced design training or certification preferred
- Minimum 7 years of design experience
- Law firm or professional services experience required
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Experience working with Canva and video platforms preferred
- Experience working in a Mac based environment and using relevant design software
