Junior Product Designer (UX/UI)
Xello Remote (🇨🇦 Toronto, Ontario, Canada)
The Junior Product Designer will create rapid iterations of high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with design and product colleagues, synthesizing user and business requirements into compelling product experiences. They will also work with cross-functional teams to continuously update designs based on research and feedback, while offering design guidance to engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Create rapid iterations of high-fidelity prototypes in collaboration with other designers and product colleagues
- Synthesize user and business requirements into compelling product experiences
- Work with cross-functional teams to continuously update and improve designs based on research insights and stakeholder feedback
- Continuously offer design feedback and guidance to engineering teams during all stages of the software development lifecycle
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of experience
- A portfolio of web and/or mobile product design work
- Experience with Figma or other industry-standard tools, including AI-powered design tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A keen attention to detail and passion for user insights
- Skilled at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
