Lead Product Designer - Design System & Product
Zoe Remote (🇬🇧 United Kingdom)
You will lead the evolution and adoption of the ZOE Design System across web and app platforms while partnering with engineering and brand teams. Additionally, you will work hands-on within product squads to deliver high-impact design solutions from concept to final implementation.
Responsibilities
- Leading ZOE's Design System and delivering high-impact product design across teams
- Partnering with Design, Engineering, and Product leadership to shape the DS roadmap
- Driving DS adoption, workflows, governance, and documentation
- Ensuring accessibility, consistency, and modularity are built into the system
- Partnering with the Brand team to ensure the DS faithfully represents ZOE's brand
- Leading end-to-end product design from problem framing to delivery
Requirements
- Experience in leading a Design System
- Exceptional visual design and UI craft
- Experience designing for both web and app surfaces
- Understanding of token-based design systems
- Ability to think in flows, systems, and behaviours
- Collaborative mindset and ability to communicate ideas clearly
