You will spearhead the creation of seamless interaction designs and client journeys by integrating user research and insights. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value product solutions and maintain design systems.
Responsibilities
- Show deep user empathy by integrating user insights from research, usability tests, surveys, focus groups, etc. to identify key pain points and define user-centered design solutions
- Cultivate a deep understanding of Relesys's existing product UX, design system, and develop future iterations with a focus on a cohesive experience
- Combine research, insights, and organizational goals to deliver designs that solve user needs and meet strategic objectives
- Create detailed user flows, prototypes in Figma, user story maps, wireframes, and final designs with a strong UX foundation
- Stay up to date on new UX paradigms from trending and delightful software vendors
- Ensure triad cross-team collaboration and assist with rapid prototyping to enable the product, engineering, and design triad in making informed decisions
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience designing software products, ideally in both B2B and B2C
- Proven portfolio of delivering outstanding user experiences
- Ability to deliver clear and well-founded early concepts and solution proposals based on complex requirements and client insights
- Curiosity about AI, AI interaction design, and using AI design tools
- Proficiency in prototyping tools, preferably Figma
- Confidence in independently reaching out to clients and conducting interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- Focus on how products function and when users experience true value
- Team player who is self-driven, proactive, and ambitious
