Staff Product Designer — AI

This role involves leading end-to-end design for complex, AI-driven product initiatives across multiple teams, translating strategic problems into clear frameworks, user journeys, and scalable systems. Responsibilities also include driving the evolution of the Design System for AI surfaces and mentoring other designers, while spending 80% of time on hands-on design work.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end design for complex, AI-driven product initiatives
  • Translate ambiguous, strategic problems into clear frameworks and user journeys
  • Partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership to define long-term experience vision and success metrics
  • Design responsible AI experiences, ensuring transparency, control, and trust

Requirements

  • Extensive experience designing digital products for B2B SaaS
  • Deep mastery of interaction design, information architecture, and systems design
  • Demonstrated experience designing AI-enhanced or AI-native products
  • Solid understanding of modern AI concepts
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives that cut across multiple teams and product domains
