Senior Interaction / Product Designer

The Senior Interaction Designer will create intuitive digital experiences including personas, wireframes, and prototypes while collaborating with cross-functional teams. They are responsible for presenting design rationale to clients and ensuring all solutions meet accessibility standards and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Creating personas, customer journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and responsive web and mobile interface designs
- Designing new, engaging digital experiences for web and mobile products
- Producing clean, informative, and concise presentations to clients and internal teams
- Presenting design concepts and rationale to clients and internal teams
- Collaborating with developers to ensure design fidelity and accessibility
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in a consulting or agency context
- 4-year+ degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong written, verbal, conceptual, and visual communication skills
- Proficiency in designing in Figma
- Experience designing developer-ready visual assets and UI components
