Senior Product Designer, Truework

You will own the end-to-end design for Truework product areas, collaborating with product and engineering teams to simplify complex financial workflows. Your role involves driving discovery, creating intuitive user experiences, and ensuring alignment across cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own design for key product areas across borrower, lender, and internal operational experiences
- Partner with Product and Engineering to define problems, shape roadmaps, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Simplify complex workflows into clear, user-friendly experiences
- Use AI-assisted design and development tools to rapidly prototype, validate, and implement lightweight UI changes
- Design for trust and clarity in a sensitive financial domain
- Translate insights into outcomes by combining qualitative research, stakeholder input, and product data
- Create thoughtful interaction and visual design across responsive web and/or platform surfaces
Requirements
- 5-8 years of product design experience
- Strong track record of shipping high-quality work
- Experience in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Ability to distill complexity into simple, usable flows
- Strong product instincts
- Ability to independently plan and execute lightweight research
