Senior UI/UX Designer
Idt Remote (🇫🇷 Reims, Marne, France)
The role involves owning the end-to-end design process for new features and improvements, translating product requirements into detailed designs, and building/scaling a consistent design system in Figma. Responsibilities also include collaborating with product and engineering teams and ensuring design quality in the final release.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end design for new features and product improvements
- Translate product requirements into flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Build, document, and scale a consistent design system in Figma
- Create reusable components and enforce design standards across squads
- Run lightweight user research and usability testing
- Collaborate daily with PMs and engineers to ship production-ready designs
- Review implemented work to ensure design quality in release
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1)
- 5+ years in UI/UX or product design
- Strong experience building and maintaining design systems
- Deep expertise in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, libraries)
- Experience working with product and engineering in an agile environment
- Ability to simplify complex workflows
- Portfolio showing shipped products, not just concepts
