Principal UX Designer
Newfold Digital Remote (🇺🇸 Texas, United States of America)
The Principal UX Designer will lead end-to-end UX strategy for portal surfaces and mentor the design team to ensure high-quality execution. They will collaborate cross-functionally to drive product engagement while integrating AI-native workflows into the design process.
Responsibilities
- Own UX design end-to-end for Bluehost Group portal surfaces
- Drive design decisions from customer problem through hi-fi deliverable
- Contribute actively to the Bluehost design system
- Partner with PMs to review lo-fi prototypes before hi-fi kickoff
- Lead design critique and peer review sessions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and CX research
Requirements
- 10+ years of UX/product design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex logged-in or SaaS product surfaces
- Deep expertise in modern design system tooling
- Experience designing for web hosting, CMS, or SMB-facing products is a plus
