Product Designer Sr - PDS0201-0001

Lead and contribute to key design decisions for high-impact digital products. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and ensure user-centered design principles are applied throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to key design decisions in digital products with significant scope
• Understand user motivations and behaviors through design research and UX principles
• Design user-centered flows, interactions, and journeys, promoting accessible and inclusive experiences
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and other strategic areas
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and accompany the complete cycle: concept → construction → release

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Design, Systems, Humanities or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience designing mobile or web applications
• Domain of accessibility principles in mobile apps (WCAG2Mobile)
• Experience working with Design Systems and contributing to their evolution
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Suite, Axure, Proto.io, InVision, etc.
