Lead end-to-end design for Zappâs customer-facing mobile app and internal operations and commercial tools, partnering with cross-functional teams to define problems and create clear, usable solutions. Conduct research and testing, design workflows and interfaces for fulfillment systems, and evolve the design system, processes, and documentation.
Requirements
- Requires 5+ years of product, UI/UX, or product design experience across consumer apps and complex internal tools, with logistics, retail, e-commerce, or on-demand experience preferred. Candidates should demonstrate end-to-end design thinking, user research, strong Figma and visual design skills, effective collaboration and communication, and comfort with ambiguity and rapid iteration.
