Graphic Designer

The Graphic Designer will create print and digital design content, collaborating with the Senior Graphic Designer. Key duties include designing print materials and digital assets while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Design and produce print materials, including reports, pamphlets, newsletters, swag, signage, books, and event materials
- Prepare print-ready files and manage production specifications
- Design digital assets, such as infographics, social media, and campaign assets, email graphics, and web images
- Collaborate with the in-house Web Developer, Marketing team, and other stakeholders to meet implementation requirements
Requirements
- Three or more years of professional graphic design experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong proficiency in typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Proficiency with current Adobe Creative Cloud applications, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, balancing shifting priorities and deadlines
