Graphic Designer, Senior

The Senior Graphic Designer will create a wide range of impactful visual materials, including FINTEL, logos, publications, and presentations, ensuring compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards. This role requires leveraging design principles to maintain brand consistency while managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply graphic design skills to create a wide range of deliverables
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards
• Leverage design principles to craft visually appealing assets
• Manage multiple work assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Work collaboratively within a team of designers and engage with senior designers for feedback
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize project requirements and deliver solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in graphic design across print, digital, and multimedia products
• Experience with Section 508 compliance for designing and developing accessible products
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Experience working within the government or defense sectors
• Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community (IC) processes and requirements
• Ability to provide a portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree
