The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and adapting visually compelling graphics and assets across POS, print, digital, and social platforms to promote the brand and support marketing campaigns. Key duties include producing high-quality finished art, performing advanced retouching, developing distinctive brand assets, and suggesting process improvements using automation and AI tools.
Responsibilities
- Create and adapt designs across POS, print, digital, and social platforms
- Produce high-quality finished art for press, digital, and social outputs
- Perform advanced retouching for campaign imagery
- Prepare press-ready and platform-specific exports
- Develop distinctive brand assets and campaign visuals that are both on-brief and creatively original
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in an agency or high-volume design environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand and campaign work across digital and print
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Advanced retouching and finished art preparation skills
- Familiarity with automation scripts, asset management, and AI-enhanced design workflows
