UX Designer Intern - X Delivery

As a UX/UI Designer intern, you will collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to create user experiences across various products. You will apply critical thinking to solve stakeholder problems and utilize design principles from initial sketches to high-fidelity prototypes.
Responsibilities
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to deconstruct stakeholder problems and utilize visual skills to propose adequate solutions
- Value and apply existing customer insights from research to guide design decisions
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of, and the ability to apply, common visual and interaction design principles and practices
- Clearly frame problems and opportunities through the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
- Propose creative visual communications to streamline research messages to teams and stakeholders
Requirements
- Experience in designing B2B and B2C products demonstrated through a portfolio
- Proficiency in using Figma as the primary tool for creating experiences
- Extensive experience in developing wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for developer implementation
- Skilled in design thinking to identify issues and devise creative solutions
- Collaborative and practical, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Key Skills
- Strong UX/UI design skills
- Experience with design tools such as Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
