You will define and guide best practice user research and experience design methodologies to drive customer outcomes. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops and design sprints while collaborating with teams to create complex user interfaces.

- Work with complex user interfaces, web and native mobile applications
- Create wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Apply design thinking processes
- Facilitate workshops and/or design sprints
Requirements
- Ability to define and guide on best practice user research and experience design methodology
- Passion for driving customer outcomes through research and user testing
- Experience working with complex user interfaces, web and native mobile applications
- Excellent techniques for creating wireframes, user flows, process flows and site maps
- Proven track record of applying design thinking processes
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and/or design sprints
- Experience of using industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Marvel, Invision
