UI/UX Designer (4968) (Broomfield, CO) (Secret)

The UI/UX Designer will collaborate with Product Managers and Software Engineers to create structured and intuitive user experiences. They will also conduct user research and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Obtain input from stakeholders and users to define product direction, visuals, and experience
- Create and iterate on wireframes, process flows, and prototypes
- Conceptualize ideas that bring simplicity and ease of use to complex design challenges
- Design end-to-end workflows for high-quality implementation and intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with product managers and development teams to create functional and technical specifications
Requirements
- BS or advanced degree in UX Design or similar relevant field
- 5+ years of experience specifically in a UI/UX Designer role
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma
- Familiarity with HTML / CSS / JS
- Expertise in user research techniques
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
