The Associate UX Designer will work closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision and craft intuitive experiences for clients. Responsibilities include synthesizing data, creating design deliverables, and advocating for user abilities.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with the UX lead to execute the product vision
- Understanding the underlying needs and motivation of clients to ensure business goals and provide value to clients
- Crafting intuitive and elegant experiences that empower clients to make confident financial decisions
- Creating and presenting design deliverables (sketches, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes) to engender confidence in solutions
- Forming holistic solutions that integrate seamlessly into the wealth management product ecosystem
Requirements
- Outstanding portfolio that demonstrates experience in creating experiences that solved business and user needs
- 4-6 years of experience as a UX designer who was a key contributor to the success of products that have launched
- Bachelor's degree in design or related field, master's degree a plus
- Excellent skills in Figma
- Experience designing intuitive interfaces that enhance user experience and drive customer engagement
