UX Designer

The UX Designer will partner with various teams to define and deliver user-centered product experiences, leading UX efforts from discovery through delivery. They will translate complex technical workflows into intuitive experiences and advocate for user-centered design principles.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Founders, Product Management, Engineering, ML, and CG teams to define and deliver user-centered product experiences.
- Lead UX efforts from discovery through delivery, including problem framing, interaction design, and validation.
- Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive, usable experiences.
- Create and maintain user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and experience models.
- Conduct user research, define personas, and run usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle.
- Establish and evolve UX standards, guidelines, and best practices.
- Stay current on UX methods, tools, and emerging trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer working on complex digital products.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX thinking and problem-solving.
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design decisions.
- Proficiency in UX and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
- Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and interaction design principles.
- Ability to clearly communicate design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Background in HCI, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
