Requirements
- Experience in leading UX work in extensive projects.
- Familiarity with Figma for sketching, design systems, concept development, and detailed design.
- Experience with complex systems, preferably in the public sector or logistics/traffic planning.
- Technical understanding and prototyping: Ability to build advanced prototypes to evaluate flows.
- Requirement management: Experience working structured with backlogs and prioritization.
- Digital accessibility: Knowledge of laws and guidelines for accessibility and experience in developing strategies for this.
