(Junior) UX Designer (all genders)

You will work interdisciplinary with teams from UI design, development, and project management to realize diverse projects. You will create information architectures and user flows while ensuring good user guidance.
Responsibilities
- Working interdisciplinarily with teams from UI design, development, and project management to realize versatile projects
- Creating information architectures and target-oriented user flows, ensuring good user guidance
- Supporting the development of concepts for digital products, bringing in fresh perspectives
- Taking on conceptual responsibility for ideas and developing them proactively to drive innovation
- Serving as a contact person for product concepts, both internally and externally, and representing visions convincingly
Requirements
- First experience in the UX field, ideally in an agency environment
- Analytical skills to recognize problems and develop user-centered solutions
- Experience with tools like Figma and Keynote
- Knowledge of design thinking methods
- Strategic thinking and a passion for solving complex challenges
