UX Designer, Trust and Safety UX

The UX Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create intuitive user experiences and lead design strategy for complex product areas. They will also develop scalable frameworks and methods for reporting that adapt to global requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements and provide creative solutions
• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, storyboards, mockups, or high-fidelity prototypes
• Lead design strategy for complex product areas, collaborating with cross-functional partners to define long-term goals
• Create dynamic methods for people to submit reports, designing adaptable systems that evolve alongside shifting global requirements and user needs
• Drive design excellence and consistency by developing scalable frameworks and patterns

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of interaction design experience in product design or UX design
• Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• 2 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization (preferred)
• Experience leading design for complex systems and for data-heavy workflows (preferred)

Key Skills

• User-centered design methods
• Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or other design tools
• Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and mapping tools
• Knowledge of user-centered design, information architecture, interaction design
• Understanding of accessibility standards and UX best practices
• Ability to work in a complex, cross-functional organization
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
