Responsibilities
- Tackling cross-product problems, defining, designing, and stewarding experiences that span the entire platform
- Bringing systems thinking to craft, shaping, evolving, and contributing to design systems, setting standards, and solving for consistency, scalability, and accessibility
- Leveraging and shaping AI features, ideating, designing, and experimenting with AI and automation
- Collaborating and leading across functions, fostering deep partnership with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and content designers
- Measuring and iterating for real impact, defining success metrics, validating with analytics and qualitative insights, and iterating relentlessly for both user value and business outcomes
