UX Designer - X Delivery

As a UX Designer at BCG X, you will collaborate with consulting teams to provide design and user experience expertise, delivering software solutions that meet client needs. You will also work on establishing a customer-centric design culture and developing self-service data products.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate solid understanding and experience of common visual and interaction design principles and practice, and create appropriate sketches, wireframes, flows, and prototypes.
- Value and apply existing customer insights from research to guide design decisions as well as initiating and supporting research efforts with research partners.
- Frame problems and opportunities clearly through analysis of qualitative and quantitative inputs, and customers and stakeholders’ perspectives.
- Propose creative communicative visualizations to deliver research insights to teams and stakeholders (eg. User journeys, personas, systemic maps).
- Triangulate stakeholder vision, user insights, and cross-functional team discussion inputs, and integrate insights into design proposition.
- Master the phases of design from initial sketching to wireframing and high-fidelity prototyping.
- Apply and maintain design systems to deliver scalable, consistent UI components and interactions; adapt designs across platforms and devices to ensure cohesive user experiences.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience (Analyst Level) or 4–5 years of experience (Senior Level) in UX Strategy, UX Research, UX Design, and UI Design.
- You've worked with a variety of tools; you'll be able to recommend and use what you think is best e.g. Figma, Adobe Suite and others.
- You have a wealth of experience creating design wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups for developers to convert to code.
- You have design thinking experience to discover problems and come up with creative solutions by thoroughly understanding users' goals, frustrations, and end-task.
- You're collaborative and pragmatic with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, happy to mentor and develop others.
