UI/UX Designer (Entry Level / Fresher)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will assist in user research, create wireframes and prototypes, and design user interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure designs meet user needs and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Assist in understanding user needs through research, feedback, and basic usability testing
- Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
- Design clean, modern, and consistent user interfaces for web and mobile applications using design tools
- Work closely with product managers, developers, and senior designers to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals
- Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users to improve designs continuously
- Maintain design assets, style guides, and UI components to ensure consistency across products
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- Basic understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and user-centered design
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Familiarity with wireframing, prototyping, and design systems
- Basic knowledge of responsive design and mobile-first principles
- A portfolio (academic, internship, or self-initiated projects) showcasing UI/UX work
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
