The Product Designer is responsible for the overall visual design and user experience of digital products for the Medical Affairs AI & Digital team. This includes leading visual design, creating prototypes, conducting user research, and establishing brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visual design for digital products across Mobile and Web platforms
- Create high-fidelity prototypes and interactive flows to effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize user journeys
- Establish and maintain the visual identity and design system for the AI & Digital team's products
- Explore and design novel interfaces for AI applications
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree or above in Interaction Design, Visual Communication, Industrial Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related fields
- Experience in designing medical-related digital products or AI applications is highly preferred
- More than 3 yearsā experience in UI/UX design for digital products (Web & Mobile)
Key Skills
- Design Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
- Visual & Iconography: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to create custom icons and illustrations
- UX Thinking: Ability to translate abstract requirements into user-friendly workflows
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design rationales to non-design stakeholders
