As a UX/UI Designer, you will lead design for key product features, including research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. You will also collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and QA from ideation through to release and iteration.
Responsibilities
- Lead design for key product features: research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
- Contribute to and evolve our design system with components, icons, motion, and documentation.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, from onboarding to advanced workflows.
- Run usability tests, gather insights, and iterate quickly.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and QA from ideation through to release and iteration.
- Advocate for accessibility, clarity, and intuitive UX in every design decision.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar design-related roles
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, decision-making, and product impact.
- Expertise in Figma (or similar tools) + visual design principles.
- Experience building or contributing to a UI component library or design system.
- Knowledge of accessibility (e.g. WCAG) and enterprise usability best practices.
- Excellent communication: you can explain design decisions clearly and adapt based on feedback.
