You will take a central role in designing the platform and its UI/UX, involved in defining features and building the long-term roadmap. You will work closely with product managers and developers to craft and implement strategic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Take a central role in designing the platform and its UI/UX
- Be involved in every part of the product, from defining features to building the long term roadmap
- Work closely with the Product Design Lead
- Work with a team of product managers and developers to craft and implement strategic solutions
- Translate design goals and product requirements into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces
- Contribute to and help evolve the Design System
- Drive end-to-end design processes, from user research and ideation to final execution
Requirements
- 3+ years of SaaS product design experience in both web and mobile
- Experience in user research, building user journeys and experiences, creating wireframes and fully detailed UI
- Experience defining E2E use cases
- Organized and independent with a proactive approach and a desire to learn
- Team player with great communication skills - ability to clearly articulate design decisions and be open to feedback
- Detail-oriented - have a keen sense of aesthetics
- Experience working tightly with product managers, dev teams and data analysts
- Experience working with design systems
- Experience planning and analyzing usability tests
- Experience with Figma
- A portfolio of recent work
