
The role involves conducting UX research, creating wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma, and presenting concepts to clients for iterative refinement. Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to uncover pain points, validate assumptions, and inform design decisions for enterprise workflows and case management solutions
- Design user flows, low-fidelity wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive experiences
- Present concepts and prototypes to clients and internal teams, gather feedback, and refine designs through iterative cycles to ensure usability, accessibility, and alignment with project goals
- Develop and maintain reusable UI components, design systems, and interface patterns to ensure consistency, scalability, and cross-platform cohesion
- Work closely with product managers, business analysts, developers, and government stakeholders in agile delivery environments to shape requirements, user journeys, and implementation-ready designs
- Support sprint planning, stand-ups, refinement sessions, and reviews while translating UX strategy into production-ready assets that support successful product delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Design, HCI, Digital Media, or similar field
- UX Professional Certification (NN/g, HFI, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
- Minimum 2 years of professional UX/UI design experience
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX processes and final UI design work
- Strong communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical teams
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks in agile environments
- Self-motivated and ability to work with ambiguity
