The UI Designer will create user-centered, aesthetic, and functionally convincing interfaces for digital products across B2B and D2C environments, including websites and hardware. Key tasks involve the conception and design of visual user interfaces, creation of mockups and styleguides, and the development and maintenance of design systems.
Responsibilities
- Konzeption und Ausgestaltung von visuellen Benutzeroberflächen für digitale Produkte (Web, Mobile, Apps)
- Erstellung von Mockups, Prototypen und Styleguides
- Entwicklung und Pflege von Design-Systemen
Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Grafik-, Kommunikationsdesign, Mediengestaltung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im UI-Design, idealerweise in agilen Projektumfeldern
- Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in gängigen Design-Tools wie Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD sowie der Adobe Creative Suite
- Motion und Animation Skills
- Erfahrung in der Entwicklung responsiver Designs
- Vertrautheit mit Design-Systemen und deren Anwendung
- Grundlegende Kenntnisse von HTML/CSS und Verständnis für deren Auswirkung auf das visuelle Design
- Kenntnisse über Design Automatisierung sowie generative AI
