As a Product Designer, you will take ownership of complex B2B flows and distill them into clean, frictionless interfaces. You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure the platform is intuitive for users.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of complex B2B flows and distill them into clean, frictionless interfaces
- Move beyond "pixel-perfect" components and define the user journey
- Anticipate edge cases and ensure the UI reflects the reality of a fleet manager's daily workflow
- Use AI tools to accelerate the design process and optimize workflows
- Drive UI decisions based on a deep understanding of the problem and business objectives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
- Strong experience in B2B SaaS is desired
- Experience in Fleet Management or HR Tech is a massive plus
- High proficiency in Figma is expected
- Experience using AI tools to speed up ideation is highly valued
- Fluent in English
