Responsibilities

• Influence strategy for your product team, identifying opportunities for impact in collaboration with your stakeholders and cross-functional peers
• Apply the right research methodology at the right time, helping you and your team empathise with customer challenges and develop an intimate knowledge of the problem being solved
• Leverage AI prototyping as a tool for exploring conceptual ideas, iterating with your cross-functional peers and these bringing ideas to life with functional flows

Requirements

• An individual contributor with an impressive portfolio of product design work demonstrating your maturity across the end-to-end design process
• Persuasive communication skills that help you build strong narratives around your design work
• A systems thinker who champions the importance of holistic thinking, is comfortable in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
• Strong evidence that you are an effective cross-functional collaborator with your product and engineering counterparts

• Product design expertise
