The Product Designer will collaborate cross-functionally to design end-to-end workflows, creating intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups to help users understand and optimize business processes. They will also contribute to evolving the design system and validating designs through research and testing.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end workflows that help users build, analyze, and optimize their business processes
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups that make complex data and automation logic feel intuitive
- Contribute to and evolve the company's design system to ensure consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to define problems, align on outcomes, and deliver high-quality, user-centered solutions
- Validate designs through research and testing, using insights to refine experiences and drive measurable improvements
- Tell compelling design stories by presenting work, rationale, and process to peers and stakeholders with clarity and confidence
- Embrace iteration and feedback, leveraging data, experimentation, and team input to continuously refine work
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Communication Design, Engineering, Psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Product Designer, collaborating in cross-functional software development teams
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Design Systems
- Understanding of interaction design, usability principles, and user research methods
- Ability to translate complex data and workflows into clear, elegant, and usable designs
- Strong empathy for users, a deep understanding of user-centered design principles, and excellent analytical skills
- Ability to advocate for user-centered design within teams to improve product usability
- Knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Natural curiosity to learn new skills, explore complex problems, and continuously develop as a designer
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English
