The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to develop open innovation and strategic initiatives through experimentation and leveraging innovative technology, while also developing frameworks and tools to foster a culture of innovation within the bank.
Responsibilities
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop a portfolio of open innovation and strategic initiatives
- Developing and delivering frameworks, ideation, training, and tools to build a culture of innovation and knowledge sharing
- Providing a global platform and curated ecosystem of partners to inform strategy, drive connectivity, and new insights
- Developing strategic capabilities and programmes for the bank to deliver on its strategy
- Managing and coordinating between external stakeholders/partners and the bank to successfully deliver joint projects and initiatives
Requirements
- User-Centered Design & Research experience
- Iterative Prototyping & Implementation experience
- Innovation Expertise with experience designing and launching groundbreaking digital products and propositions
- Technology Literacy & Innovation with a strong grasp of digital platforms, AI, and emerging technologies
- Adaptability & Continuous Learning with a flexible mindset to navigate fast-changing market conditions
- Communication & Stakeholder Influence with ability to effectively collaborate and influence across senior executives, business leaders, and external stakeholders
