Senior UI/UX Designer

The Senior UI/UX Designer will lead design efforts for high-impact projects, ensuring user-centric design solutions. They will conduct user research and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and user goals.
Responsibilities
- Lead design efforts for large-scale, high-impact projects
- Advocate for the importance of user experience within the company
- Conduct in-depth user research, including user interviews, persona development, and journey mapping
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and detailed UI specifications
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and user goals
- Stay current on emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field
- Advanced certifications in UI/UX design or related areas are a plus
- Advanced proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Expertise in prototyping tools like InVision, Principle, or Framer
- Expertise in user testing tools and analytics platforms
- Excellent organization and communication skills
