The Integrated Communications Graphic Designer develops engaging visuals for various communication channels and ensures all creative work aligns with the brand's strategic direction. They also design creative assets for key moments and support customer communications with visuals.
Responsibilities
- Develops engaging visuals for presentations, newsletters, digital content, and social channels
- Creates on-brand graphics, templates, and layouts to support both internal and external communications
- Translates business priorities into simple, clear, and compelling visual narratives
- Designs creative assets for leadership forums, employee storytelling, all hands meetings, and major enterprise updates
Requirements
- Strong design judgment and a sharp eye for layout, typography, and brand consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for bringing ideas to life and supporting the team
