The Senior Graphic Designer leads high-level creative execution across print, digital, product, and environmental touchpoints, taking full ownership of complex projects to drive elevated aesthetics and ensure brand consistency. This role involves hands-on design work while serving as a creative partner to leadership and collaborating across various internal and external teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead high-level creative execution across print, digital, product, and environmental touchpoints
- Take full ownership of complex projects, drive elevated aesthetics, and ensure brand consistency
- Serve as a creative partner to leadership, collaborate across departments, and support outreach to external partners
- Strengthen and evolve the Daniel Defense brand through refined design standards
- Develop advanced brand assets, templates, and systems to improve quality and efficiency
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field
- 4-7 years of professional design experience
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of brand systems, marketing fundamentals, and multi-channel creative execution
- Advanced skills in typography, color theory, layout, and composition
