Intermediate Graphic Designer (Print & Packaging)

This role involves owning the end-to-end design and production of packaging, retail marketing assets, and sales materials, leading projects from creative brief to press-ready files. Responsibilities include designing packaging systems across numerous SKUs, creating retail displays, and adapting creative assets for specific retailers.
Responsibilities
- Packaging Design & Production, designing and executing packaging across the product range
- Create and adapt dielines for new and existing products, working with structural packaging as needed
- Manage artwork updates, setup, and versioning across SKU families while maintaining brand consistency
- Produce 3D mockups for internal reviews and retailer presentations
- Pre-Press and Image Preparation, preparing production-ready files with correct bleeds, colour profiles, barcodes, and dieline specs
- Retail Marketing & Sales Materials, designing seasonal lookbooks, sell sheets, retail toolkits, point-of-purchase displays, and tradeshow booth materials
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or a related field
- 4-6 years of experience in a graphic design role with a strong focus on packaging and print materials
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign
- Solid understanding of print production processes and file preparation
- Experience preparing files for offset and digital printing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute against creative briefs with accuracy and consistency
- Comfortable taking creative initiative and working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
