Senior Product Designer (First Design Hire)

You will own projects end-to-end, including auditing UIs, building a design system, and redesigning onboarding flows. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with engineering and marketing to ensure design consistency across all platforms.
Responsibilities
- Own projects end-to-end: Discovery → UX → UI → Handoff → QA → Analysis
- Design foundation: Audit all UIs, flows, and journeys across the product
- Build a complete design twin of Marker.io in Figma
- Define standards, spacing, UI patterns, and interaction logic
- Align Figma with Storybook alongside engineering
- Create v1 of Marker.io's design system
Requirements
- High ownership, high urgency
- Strong UX craft
- 5+ years shipping complex flows end-to-end
- Systems thinker
- Excellent async communicator

- Team amplifier
Key Skills
- Expert-level Figma
- Experience with design systems and structured component libraries
- Familiarity with front-end constraints (Vue.js, Tailwind, responsive layouts)
- Experience defining tracking plans and measuring adoption (Amplitude)
- Fluent English (French is a plus)
