Lead the design of end-to-end eCommerce journeys across web and mobile, producing high-quality UX and UI deliverables. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to shape requirements and validate design decisions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end eCommerce journeys across web and mobile
- Produce high-quality UX and UI deliverables: flows, prototypes, interaction patterns, and responsive layouts
- Create and evolve design system components, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content, data, and insight teams to shape requirements and validate decisions
- Support user testing and research activities to inform and refine design approaches
- Drive structured feedback, iteration, and handover processes within a multi-team environment
Requirements
- 5+ years as a Product/UX/UI Designer, with strong experience in eCommerce or transactional digital products
- A portfolio demonstrating high-quality UX and UI design across complex journeys
- Strong command of accessibility, usability, responsive design, and conversion-centric thinking
- Experience working with complex design systems and governance models
- Clear ability to work within global or multi-team digital environments
- Confident operating from fuzzy briefs, creating clarity quickly, and driving outcomes
- Experience with insight-driven or data-informed design processes
Key Skills
- Strong command of accessibility, usability, responsive design, and conversion-centric thinking
- Experience working with complex design systems and governance models
