The Senior Product Designer will drive the UI/UX vision for online casino, sports betting, and poker products, leading design projects from concept to implementation. They will also mentor a team of designers and advocate for player-centric design throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Drive the UI/UX vision for online casino, sports betting, and poker products
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of UI and UX designers
- Set and maintain the highest standards for product design quality
- Advocate for the player at every stage of the design process
- Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Maintain a hands-on role in the design process
Requirements
- at least 4 years of experience with Product Design projects or similar roles
- understanding of design principles and best practices in iGaming, Finance or similar industry projects
- good communication skills
- strong analytical skills
- experience with agile methodologies and working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
